Membebel - Derma

Alkisahnya, last week, masa aku beratur nak meng`cash deposit’kan duit, betul2 depan pintu masuk bank tu, ada sorang budak pompuan ni minta derma untuk rumah anak-anak yatim. Aku akuila, budak tu memang kuit tetambah ngan berbaju kurung dan tudung fesyen la ni. Then aku terdengarla 2 mamat kat belakang aku berborak, sth like this la :

Pandaikan dorang, guna budak tu, tarik perhatian orang.
Taktik sekarang ni
Kita sedekah pun jadi tak ikhlas, sebab budak tu.

Memang la lumrah, suatu yang lawa tu, jadi perhatian. but agak2 la. Dahla budak tu baru 13 – 15 thn. 15 tahun kot based on my assumption sebab dia tak pi sekolah, logically la since PMR dah abis. If mamats tu form 4 ataupun baru masuk matrik, bleh la aku terima that reason tapi ni office workers. Konpom 21++ since ni kat area aku keje dan masa break.

If aku la dan budak pompuan tu, budak lelaki yang hensem lagi good looking, xde la aku nak derma semata-mata budak lelaki tu kacak lg menawan X-D,
i.e キャ kyaaaaa!!! (ciplak aksi budak2 pompuan jipun..hihi)..hensemnya budak laki tu, jom kita derma...

ntah pe2 la manusia la ni. Aku still guna otak lagi instead of only eyes. Klau taknak derma tu, diam2 je la. Takde pun org nak marah or lecture hang if hang tak derma.

Lagi satu, macam la korang nak pi rumah kebajikan semata-mata nak derma sehinggit dua or even sepoloh hinggit. Ntah2 bila dorang wat camtu; "siapa yang nak derma, sila datang terus ke rumah kebajikan", korang complain tak cukup tanah lak,
i.e "Ishhh, buang masa dan minyak la nak pi rumah kebajikan tu. Wat la tabung kat masjid surau ke, kat shopping complex ke, tak pun datang je terus dari umah ke umah. Nak minta kita derma, dorang la yang kena datang kat kita, bukan kita yang kena datang kat dorang."

Tipu ke tak semua tu, itu hal dorang ngan Allah S.W.T . Derma ni, at least kita dah tunaikan tanggungjawab kita. Salary, rezeki yang kita dapat tu, kena la gak kongsi ngan orang lain, bukan je ngan family kita, walau sedikit pun. Kekadang…ermm…oftenla *grins* kita ni terguna masa kat ofis untuk bebenda lain, terlewat masuk after lunch, berlebih berborak ngan customers/clients, isap cancer sticks tu plus berborak tak hingat dunia, etc. So, dengan mendermala kita cover balik semua tu. Ni bukan my own opinons, ni dari member aku yang dikatakan oleh ustazah dia masa dia study dulu. Well....unlessla, korang ada ESP or kuasa psikik, dapat tau dorang tu tipu ke tak. Takpun, korang nih memang terrer bab observations and spies’ stuffs ^.^

If dorang tipu, tak berkat punya duit2 yang orang dermakan tu. One of these days, ada orang lain yang akan tipu dorang, malah lebih teruk lagi. What goes around comes around.

*If I can find time, i will translate this in english.... klau aku rajin la.. ho ho ho

For english translation, please to go http://hawaneechan.blogspot.com/2011/11/just-babbling-donations.html

Just babbling - Donations

Once upon a day (ۦ__`)y-~~ , when I queued to deposit some money via cash deposit machine, there was a girl asking for donations for orphanage right in front of the bank’s entrance.
I do admit that the girl’s truly cute especially wearing the baju kurung and fashionable tudung.
And then, I was kinda hearing (kinda??? It was more like eavesdropping く く く ku ku ku ) 2 guys behind me talking. It was sth like this:

They are so clever, use the girl to attract people’s attentions
Nowadays' tactics
Even our donations become insincere because of that girl
There are lots of scam/fraud nowadays
If we are really want to donate, just go to the charity house (and donate)

More or less, the talks were sth like that. I can’t really remember their exact words. But I’m trying not to add some spices to make this story become tastier ^_^

At the time, I was only eavesdropping. I didn’t know them and didn't even turn around to look and see whether they are tall, dark and handsome or not ( ¯¯¯¯ )

But then, what the heck! Why r u guys donated or thinking of donating just because she’s pretty? I know it's the normal thing that things that pretty and beautiful will attract attention but just don’t overdo it.
That girl is only 13,15 years old. If it is based on my assumption, I would say that she’s 15 since she didn’t go to school. Logically, since PMR already finished. If the guys behind me are still in form 4 or just entering matriculation, I do really can comprehend their reason/theory but they are office workers!
They must be 21++ since the bank is in my working area and it was on office break time. (Lolita??? hi hi hi) If it was my Sabahan friend, she would say:
“dengan budak2 pun bernafsu” ha ha ha …..i’m sooo not gonna translate it ^____*

If it was me and that girl is the handsome and good looking boy, still I won’t give donation just because he’s good looking and charming, i.e “キャ Kyaaaa!!! ( imagine yurself as a Japanese high school girl..hihi) that boy is so handsome! let’s go and donate”......
Really, what had happened to this world nowadays?? I’m still using my brains instead of eyes only. If you don’t want to donate, then just shut up. No one will bother or lecture you if you don’t want to. …like Simon said “just shut up and sing” :) ……

One more thing: Huh, like YOU would go to the orphanage/charity house just because you want to donate RM1 or 2 or even RM10!
But who knows, when they do that kind of method; “if anyone wants to donate, please donate it at the charity house”, you guys would complain like there is no tomorrow; i.e “Ishh… what a waste of time and fuel/money to go to that charity house. Why don’t they just put the donation box at the mosque or surau, or at shopping complexes or just come to the house by house. They want our donation, so they are the ones who are supposed to come to us, and not we to them”

Whether it is a scam or not, that’s their own matter with Allah S.W.T. When we donate, at least we already did our own part. The salary, the money we earned, we have to share it with other people, not just our families, even if it just a little, a few cents or pennies. Sometimes, even often X-P , we use our working hours to do things unrelated to the work i.e return late to office after lunch, talking with our customers/clients about things unrelated to work for quite a long time, smoking those cancer sticks and chatting.
These really aren't my own opinions, but was told by my ex-officemate which, being told by his ustadzah during his study years. Well, it is unless you guys got ESP or psychic powers and able to detect whether they are scam or not. Or you guys are truly excellent in observation skills and spies' stuffs .

If they do scammed, the money that they got won’t go anywhere. One of these days, there will be someone who will trick them, even worse than they did. What goes around comes around.

Toxic Ingredients To Avoid When Shopping

Hi guys. Just for info :) .These are the lists of things which we should check out before buying any product. Errr... seriously, after I spent times to check them out, most of the products do contains at least one toxic ingredient. 90% of the products that I've bought do contains these toxic ingredients. Now I have to do some shopping again, darn...

Chemical
Description
Diethanolamine(DEA) This is a “wetting” agent primarily used in shampoos and lotions to provide lather.
Can also be found in brake fluid, degreasers and antifreeze.

Supposedly this chemical is not too harmful all by itself; but it reacts none-too-nicely with other chemicals in our products and can create a very potent carcinogen called nitrosodiethanolamine (NDEA), which is readily absorbed through the skin and has been linked with stomach, esophagus, liver and bladder cancers.
Boleh mengganggu hormon dan membentuk nitrat penyebab barah
Pendedahan berulangan pada kulit mungkin meningkatkan risiko barah hati dan buah pinggang
Parabens, of any kind:
Butylparaben,
Ethylparaben,
Heptylparaben,
Methylparaben,
Propylparaben
Can be found in shampoos, commercial moisturizers, shaving gels, cleansing gels, personal lubricants, topical pharmaceuticals and toothpaste.

These have been linked to cancer, immunotoxicity, and organ system toxicity, and exposure of newborn male mammals to butylparaben adversely affects the secretion of testosterone and the function of the male reproductive system.
They can mimic the hormone estrogen, which is known to play a role in the development of breast cancers.

Studies indicate that methylparaben applied on the skin may react with UVB leading to increased skin aging and DNA damage.
Grapefruit seed extract that is promoted as a natural preservative was identified as containing artificial preservatives such as methylparaben.
Butylated Hydroxytoluene(BHT) Primarily used to prevent fats in foods from becoming rancid, but it is also used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, jet fuels, rubber, petroleum products, electrical transformer oil, and embalming fluid.

The Cosmetics Database rates BHT as having a low high hazard to high hazard depending on product usage and says it has been shown to be linked to cancer, developmental toxicity, allergies, neurotoxicity, endocrine disruption, biochemical or cellular level changes.
Propylene Glycol(PG),
also goes by names like
1,2-Dihydroxypropane,
2-Hydroxypropanol,
Methylethy Glycol,
1,2-Propanediol,
Propane-1,2-Diol
This is a chemical found in personal care products that acts as a penetration enhancer that keeps products from melting in heat and/or freezing when it is cold. It is used as anti-freeze as well as in tons of personal care products.

It alters the structure of the skin by allowing chemicals to penetrate deep beneath it while increasing their ability to reach the blood stream.
It has been shown to be linked to cancer, developmental/reproductive issues, allergies/immunotoxicity, neurotoxicity and endocrine disruption.
Meresap cepat melalui kulit. Sentuhan yang lama boleh menyebabkan ketidaknormalan hati, otak dan buah pinggang
Triclosan Triclosan is normally used as a bacteria killer.
Found in tons of products from deodorants to toothpaste to household cleaners, triclosan mainly acts like an antibiotic, trying to kill anything that it comes in contact with.

It can also combine with chlorine in our tap water to make chloroform gas, and one study even showed that triclosan was broken down into dioxins in river water because of the presence of sunlight. Because everyone wants antibiotic soaps and lotions, triclosan is very popular with product makers, even though regular old soap is just as effective.

Tricolsan is similar to the pesticide Agent Orange and can cause decreased fertility, birth defects and damage to major body organs.
Bisphenol A(BPA) This is a chemical compound primarily used to harden plastic.
A 2010 report from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) raised concerns regarding exposure of fetuses, infants, and young children.

BPA mimics the sex hormone estradiol when exposed to high temperatures and/or certain dish detergents, and in mice and rats there is evidence that low doses of bisphenol A can cause structural damage to the brain, hyperactivity, abnormal sexual behavior, increased fat formation, early puberty and disrupted reproductive cycles. BPA-laden plastic is used in some baby and water bottles, sports equipment, medical and dental devices, dental fillings and sealants, eyeglass lenses, CDs and DVDs, and household electronics.
Look for “BPA-Free” labels on any plastic you buy.
Penganggu hormon
Polyethylene Polyethylene is a plastic and it is also used in some skincare products as an abrasive, adhesive, binder, bulking agent, and emulsion stabilizer.

It has been linked to cancer, allergies/immunotoxicity, organ system toxicity (non-reproductive), skin irritation, neurotoxicity, and biochemical or cellular level changes.
Sodium Lauryl
Sulfate(SLS)
Although the jury is still out on this ingredient, we should be on the side of caution when it comes to stuff like this.

This synthetic substance is a surfactant and is used in any task requiring the removal of oily stains and residues. For example, it is found in higher concentrations with industrial products including engine degreasers, floor cleaners, and car wash soaps. It is also used in lower concentrations with toothpastes, shampoos, and shaving foams.

It can cause eye irritations, skin rashes, hair loss, scalp scurf similar to dandruff, and allergic reactions.
Boleh merosakkan mata, merengsakan kulit dan mengakibatkan pernafasan yang lambat dan sukar. Boleh berada dalam tubuh selama 5 hari, terkumpul di jantung, hati, paru-paru dan otak.
1,4-dioxane Primarily used as a solvent in manufacturing situations, it is also commonly found in personal care products because it is an accidental byproduct of the ethoxylation process that goes on when cosmetic products are made.

A study by the Organic Consumers Association determined that that dioxane was inside many of organic and natural’s products, and another study by the Campaign For Safe Cosmetics found that when laboratory animals were tested with 1,4-dioxane at the lowest parts per billion level—over the animal’s lifetime – they developed cancer, and that the combined effects of lifetime exposure to 1,4-dioxane and other carcinogens can create synergistic effects, so that levels from multiple compounds add up and even multiply to create greater risk.

The Environmental Protection Agency classifies 1,4-Dioxane as a Group B2, probable human carcinogen, based on induction of nasal cavity and liver carcinomas in multiple strains of rats, liver carcinomas in mice, and gall bladder carcinomas in guinea pigs.
Butyl Cellosolve
also known as :
Butyl Glycol,
Dowanol,
Bane-Clene and Ethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether(EGBE)
Found in a wide variety of household cleaning agents like glass cleaners, oven cleaners, and general degreasers.

Some animal studies indicate that it produces reproductive problems, such as testicular damage, reduced fertility, death of embryos and birth defects, and in humans, it can irritate mucous membranes and cause liver and kidney damage.
Sodium Fluoride In toothpaste Pemakanan dalam jumlah yang kecil mungkin menyebabkan kepeningan, muntah-muntah dan cirit-birit
Diethylene Glycol(DEG) In toothpaste
It is an ingredient used in antifreeze and as a solvent DEG is a highly toxic organic solvent that may cause nausea, abdominal pain, dizziness, urinary problems, kidney failure, breathing problems, lethargy, convulsions, coma, and even death when ingested.

The potential health risks from chronic exposure to DEG are a particular concern in specific vulnerable populations such as children and consumers with kidney or liver disease.

Consumers should also be aware that the following toothpastes have been recalled abroad due to DEG content:
• Japan: Twinkle Toothpaste, and Powdered toothpaste for Children with a taste of strawberry (Imported by Soshin); MTK Toothpaste (imported by Nihon Grande Champagne Co.); and Toothpaste (Imported by Korai).
• US Food and Drug Administration: toothpaste labelled Colgate Toothpaste Triple, determined to be counterfeit and to possibly contain DEG.
• UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency: toothpastes labelled Sensodyne Original and Sensodyne Mint, determined to be counterfeit and to contain DEG.
• Hong Kong Department of Health: MAXAM Toothpaste with Fluoride, SANQI, and Tianqi toothpastes.
Singapore Health Sciences Authority: Hei Mei Toothpaste, Hei Mei Calcium Toothpaste, and Maxam Toothpaste with Fluoride.
Methylisothiazolinone
(MIT),

also known as
3(2H)-Isothiazolone,
2-Methyl-
A widely-used preservative; has been associated with allergic reactions. Lab studies on the brain cells of mammals also suggest that methylisothiazolinone may be neurotoxic.
A preservative used in cosmetics and beauty products. It is a powerful biocide, or “chemical substance capable of killing living organisms, usually in a selective way.” Biocides are a general term that includes antimicrobial, germicide, antibiotic, and antifungal.

Ultimately, Methylisothiazolinone is used to prevent a wide variety of bacteria and fungi from growing in cosmetics and beauty products, most often in shampoo. It is only approved for use in rinse-off formulas and at low concentrations.

Although many connections are made between Methylisothiazolinone and Alzheimer’s disease and other conditions, research by CTFA.org and News-Medical.net shows that the concentration levels found in cosmetics and beauty products are so low that there is no risk in using products with this preservative.

The EWG lists Methylisothiazolinone as a sensitizer and irritant. It is approved for use in rinse-off products by the CIR.
Phthalates – of any kind,
except for Polyethylene Terephthalate Ethylene (PETE)
Phthalates are a family of industrial chemicals that are used as plastic softeners or solvents in many different consumer products.

They can be absorbed through the skin, inhaled as fumes, ingested when they contaminate food or when children bite or suck on toys, and are inadvertently but directly administered to patients from some PVC (polyvinyl chloride or vinyl) medical devices.
Phthalates are found in many leading beauty care products, including hair spray, deodorant, nail polish and perfume that we may be using everyday.

Phthalates Facts
Studies have shown that phthalates can damage the liver, the kidneys, the lungs and the reproductive system, especially the developing testes.
Sperm damage linked to phthalate used in fragrances, new study by Harvard researchers finds, December 9, 2002
Tetrasodium EDTA EDTA(ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) is a chelating agent, used to sequester and decrease the reactivity of metal ions that may be present in a product.

Tetrasodium EDTA is a preservative that’s made from the known carcinogen, formaldehyde and sodium cyanide. It is also a penetration enhancer, meaning it breaks down the skin's protective barrier, going right into our bloodstream.
Many companies trying to be "natural" will use Tetrasodium EDTA instead of parabens to preserve their products. But, Tetrasodium EDTA is just as bad.
Diazolidinyl Urea Diazolidinyl Urea readily breaks down in the product or on the skin and releases formaldehyde.

It's an endocrine disruptor, a possible neurotoxin, a known immune system toxicant, and has a possible link to cancer.

Raya Song 2011 : Salam Aidilfitri Ayahanda & Bonda by Hujan & Raihan

New raya song that I found catchy and interesting. Enjoy ! :D

Salam Aidilfitri Ayahanda Dan Bonda
Terkenang Di Ketika Itu
Ku Dimanja Dan Disayang Selalu
Apa Saja Kemahuan Diri
Akan Cuba Dipenuhi

Walau Hidup Dalam Kesukaran
Kau Kan Cuba Untuk Membahagiakan
Demi Anak-Anak Yang Tersayang
Kau Berdua Kan Berkorban

Tetapi Baru Kusedari
Tidak Mungkin Kan Terbalas Budi
Pengorbanan Mu Tiada Ternilai
Hanya Tuhan Kan Membalasnya

Salam Aidilfitri
Ayah Bonda Yang Dicintai
Maafkanlah Anakmu Ini
Kerna Belum Cukup Berbakti

Pabila Menjelang Lebaran
Baju Baru Kan Disediakan
Walau Mungkin Kami Tak Mengerti
Keperitan Saat Itu

Namun Wajahmu Terus Bercahaya
Oh Sucinya Kasih Sayang Itu
Di Bibir Mu Kan Menguntum Senyum
Andainya Anak-Anakmu Bahagia

Salam Aidilfitri
Ayah Bonda Yang Dicintai
Maafkanlah Anakmu Ini
Kerna Belum Cukup Berbakti
Di Aidilfitri,Di Aidilfitri

Telur mata vs Telur goreng

Tentu korang konpius kan? Dulu aku pun konpius. *grins* sama je kan. But if korang pi order kat kedai mamak, dua2 tu tak sama.

If korang order kat kedai mamak, ni unwritten term utk telur mata kerbau. telur separuh masak. half-cooked egg.dlm term steak, medium :)

Ini plak barula telur goreng dlm mamak punya unwritten term. Well-done dlm bahse steak.

So, if nak order telur goreng kat kedai mamak, bahse kena ikut dorang punya term. if tak, penat la korang nak explain huhu.
dolo2, b4 aku realise these things, aku selalu menyampah bila order yg aku pesan sampai. aku kureng skit telur separuh masak ni. aku minta telur mata kerbau, xde la ckp separuh masak. order sampai, telur mata separuh masak. telan je la. bab makan ni, aku tak berkira sangat. depan rezeki tak elok membebel, ckp orang2 tua *grins* . tapi tu la, suka suki dorang buat terms sendiri....

Showdown 2010..... long time ago *wink*

I know this show ended almost year ago and now Showdown 2011 is on but I’m not quite satisfied with the end result *fume* *fume* . But then, the final result based on votes, so somehow it was kinda not so surprised that Wakaka won (will do entry about my opinion of the show in Malaysia which the result depends on the voters.....eto..if i feel like in the mood to write them..ho ho ho ).

Even during the run of the show, they never went into the battle and they got the highest vote. Even before Hafiz announced the result, I was kinda get the feeling that Wakaka will win. So do GBC and Joe Flizzow I guess *grins* .

I truly like the power n giler moves of Giller Battle Crew and the synchronization, smooth and smart choreography of HMC Phlow. It was great to see how Floor Fever, Soul Crazy and Return Crew improved during the show. For the only girls’ crew, you can see how these girls of Soul Crazy worked so hard just to give us the performances which level those of the boys’ crews.

Just a little joke ^____*

This happened when my chinese colleague drove me home after night shift. We saw someone that make him said :

"Sekali pandang, macam bintang berkelipan di langit. Dua kali pandang, macam binatang."

For those who didn't understand Malay, just translate in on net. If I translate those words directly or even indirectly, it will lost its jokes :)
