When I took a ride on monorail or LRT, I have always wondered, wat’s really been going on in these city ppl minds. When the train stops at its designated station, they can’t wait to get in. Cutting queues, pushing other ppl and of course never bother to wait until all passengers are out of train before get aboard (and to think most of them are office workers!!!). They can’t just wait to find a seat or good standing spot.

But the most curious thing is, during the ride, if there are passengers leave the train and left empty seats, no one seem to bother to take those seats. Most of them prefer to stand.
I’m kinda understand it if their destination is one stop ahead. But from my observation, most of them still have 2 or 3 stops more before they reach their destination. Y would they waste their energy by standing when they can conserve that energy if they are sitting. They still need to walk up n down the stairs of LRT/monorail stations. Some of them still have to walk couple of meters to reach home or office. I'm always wondered....

The Last Airbender Movie: my personal review :))

Too long huh, after my 1st entry.I'm now kinda 'nomading' at my friend's place b'coz of  this never-ending training *grins*, n dunno when it will be finished, so life's pretty messy. Enough of that,

Went to watch Airbender last week, as a birthday gift to me (kinda remember how Harry sang happy birthday song to himself  in the Sorcerer/Philosopher's Stone or Chamber of Secret...forgot already  *grins*). If you ever thinking of watching The Last Airbender on 3D, you have to think more than twice. Imo, is not worth of your money. Perhaps because I sat on 3rd  row, or perharps because this is my 1st 3D movie since 8 years ago (the 1st 3D movie I watched was a Looneytoon one  when I visited one of the Warner Bros Theme Parks n it was so awesome and wow!!), so I have a very high expectation for this Airbender 3D and or perharps because of the 3D cinematography in the cinema theater that I went is kinda c**p :D. Either way, I'm not gonna watch other 3D movies unless well... someone's willing to pay for me :))) .

The 2nd most shocking thing 4 me is that  of the Fire Nation armies and soldiers. Since when Zuko, Zhou and Iroh are coloured people?? Somehow, seeing them with ancient chinese war armours are totally messing my imagination and fantasy *pissed*. Watching that Fire Nation Lord,Ozai sitting on that chinese throne is just so weird and kinda creeps me out :D. But then this movie is written, produced and directed by M. Night Shyamalan, so I'm kinda understand  that *big grins* .

Yeah, not to mention Aang, Sokka and Katara are all Whites :D . Noah Ringer is far too uptight to become a cheerful 14 years old Aang. Jackson Rathbone  is too handsome and mature to become Sokka, Nicola Peltz and Dev Patel are too busy to follow script. Watching them is kinda watching Narnia with Mortal Kombat elements :)) . Few actors that I can give thumb up are the guy that played Iroh and Northen Water Tribe, Pakku. The CGI is quite ok consider the technology we have today. For me, after left the cinema, it wasn't like the same feeling I got after watching Transformers 1 or 2 or even LOTR but it was more like Harry Potter 4 or 5 or Clash of the Titans. Watchable but not recommended.
